Your First Appointment
To make your first visit smooth and efficient, please:
Arrive 10–15 minutes early
Bring your Medicare card and any concession cards
Bring a list of current medications, medical history or recent test results (if available)
Please also download and print our New Patient Form, complete it prior to your appointment, and bring it with you on the day. If you are unable to print the form, you may complete one at reception when you arrive.
If you’re booking for a specific service (such as a care plan, childhood vaccination, drivers’ medical or pre-employment check), please call us directly so our reception team can schedule the correct type of appointment. Please note, some services may need an initial consultation with your doctor before booking the service.
