New Patients

We accept new patients, walk-ins, and offer bulk billing for eligible groups:

Children under 16 (Mon–Sat)
Concession Card Holders (Mon–Fri)

To get started as a new patient, please download and print our New Patient Form complete it prior to your appointment, and bring it with you on the day. If you are unable to print the form, you may complete one at reception when you arrive.

The clinic is easily accessible with ample parking, located inside Calamvale Square Shopping Centre.

Practice Information

We are a fully accredited practice, operating in accordance with the guidelines set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Our systems are designed to maintain your privacy, improve access to care, and deliver consistent health outcomes for every patient.

Managing your Health Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality. Your medical records are securely stored and accessed only by authorised staff involved in your care.

We also support digital health initiatives, including My Health Record, which enables secure online access to your key medical information, including test results, medications, and allergies.

If you need help registering or updating your My Health Record, please speak to our reception team.

MyMedicare

MyMedicare is a new voluntary patient registration model that formalises the relationship between you, your general practitioner, and your primary care team.

Registering for MyMedicare helps ensure better continuity of care, especially if you have chronic or complex health needs.

We are happy to help you set up your MyMedicare registration please speak to our reception team if you need assistance.

Home Visits

Home visits may be available for regular patients in specific circumstances where travel to the clinic is not possible. Please call reception to discuss eligibility and availability.

After Hours Care

For urgent medical needs outside our regular hours, please call 13 SICK (13 7425) to access after-hours care through Home Doctor visits. In an emergency, always call 000.

Reminder System

To help you stay on top of your health, we use a secure reminder system for check-ups, screenings, immunisations, and care plan reviews. You may receive a phone call, SMS or letter regarding your upcoming health needs.

Interpreter

If you require a translator or interpreter, we can arrange assistance through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). Please advise reception when booking your appointment.

Results Notification

Patients are encouraged to follow up with their doctor regarding test results. In some cases, our staff may contact you directly to arrange a follow-up appointment. For privacy reasons, we do not provide detailed results over the phone.
