Bindi’s Cancellation Policy - We greatly appreciate your support in providing adequate notice for cancellations so that we may offer the allocated time to another person who may need treatment. In line with the Australian Psychology Society guidelines, the following cancellation policy is as follows:
We require more than 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any extra fees - A 50% fee will be charged for cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice / The FULL FEE will be charged for an appointment that has been missed with no notice (non-attendance) We understand sometimes clients are unable to keep their appointments due to sudden, unexpected personal emergencies. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.
You will receive a reminder the day prior to your appointment, however, this is a courtesy only and should not be relied upon to remember your appointment. If you do not receive a reminder, this will not be a valid reason for missing an appointment, or providing inadequate notice when cancelling - and will still result in a fee being charged.
These fees will need to be paid prior to any future appointments being made. Please be aware that Medicare and private health insurance companies do not cover cancelled/missed appointments.
